Base Cleaning

  • Remove dust, oil stains, and loose particles using brooms/scrapers. Degrease oily areas with specialized cleaners.

  • For old walls: Strip peeling coatings; treat mold with antifungal solution before cleaning.

Surface Repair

  • Fill holes/cracks with putty. Reinforce large cracks with elastic filler or fiber tape before patching.

  • After drying, sand smooth (≤2mm flatness tolerance).

Uniform Sanding

  • Sand entire surface to moderate roughness for optimal paint adhesion.

  • Maintain even pressure to avoid scratches; remove dust with a clean cloth.

Pre-Coating Inspection

  • Verify surface flatness, verticality, and corner straightness; check for cracks/pinholes.

  • Test substrate: pH <10, moisture content <10%.
