ReHarmony E-COATING - Concrete ThermalShield offers excellent stain resistance, weather resistance, and anti-mold and anti-algae performance, making it safe, durable, and eco-friendly.
Its main components include lightfast lead-free pigments, mineral fillers, pure acrylic polymers, water, and additives, with no lead or mercury added. It is an ideal choice for sustainable and long-lasting surface protection.

Surface Preparation Technical Requirements
Substrate Cleaning
Remove all surface contaminants (dust, oil, release agents) using brooms, scrapers, or sandpaper. Degrease oily areas with specialized cleaners.
Fill holes and cracks with putty, then sand smooth after drying. For larger cracks:
First cut into V-grooves
Then fill with putty or sealant
Surface Leveling
Check flatness with a straightedge (max. 3-5mm deviation allowed).
Sand down protrusions; refill recessed areas with putty as needed.
Moisture Requirements
Maximum moisture content: 10% (test with moisture meter).
New plaster walls must cure for 10-15 days before painting.
pH Requirements
Maintain pH between 7-9 (neutral to slightly alkaline).
For high pH: Neutralize with oxalic acid solution → rinse with water → dry thoroughly.
Adhesion Enhancement
Apply a sealing primer after surface preparation to:
Improve paint adhesion
Prevent moisture/alkali migration from substrate
